Was greeted on the phone with a warm welcoming! I called to see why some of my deliveries were being sent back to senders. Mary was kind, warm and funny. Since I moved from one end of the complex to another she said my complex has two different drivers and she will speak with both of them. Took my first and last name , my cell phone and my old address and my current. What a pleasurable experience!
